About Hargrove

Since 1984, Hargrove Manufacturing Corporation has been the leading producer of quality, handcrafted gas log sets and hearth products. However, the story of Hargrove Hearth Products actually begins in 1959 when the Hamilton Company began to produce the "Flicker Flame" brand of gas logs in Costa Mesa, California, soon moving to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Flicker Flame line of gas log sets were molded from real tree branches and became known for their realistic look.

Gary and Nancy Hargrove bought the assets of the Hamilton Company and moved the company to Sand Springs, Oklahoma, near Tulsa. Continuing in the tradition of the realistic log sets, the real tree molds are still used today with Hargrove's Grand Oak, Birch and Classic Oak series.

Hargrove Hearth Products has expanded their product line, which now includes a variety of gas products, ranging from gas log sets and hearth pads to outdoor chimineas and fire pits.

With the ever-increasing line of gas products, the Hargove Manufacturing Corporation built another production building adjacent to the original in Sandy Springs. Today, Hargrove Hearth Products has grown to a huge six building complex of offices, production and shipping areas.

Hargrove Hearth Products are known throughout the industry for their realistic and reliable gas log sets and other hearth products. The Hargrove Manufacturing Corporation is continually improving their efficiency in manufacturing and shipping while honoring their two main ideals - to create the finest, most realistic gas logs available and to produce the the highest quality, handcrafted products available in the gas log industry.
