This Monessen Programmable On/Off Wireless Wall Thermostat can be used with a Millivolt Safety Pilot Valve for convenient on/off lighting as well as programmable thermostatic control. Features include: 7-day (5/2) programmable ON/OFF wall thermostat; Backlit LCD display with temperature, time, flame on, and battery low indicators; Countdown timer; Childproof protection; Thermal-safety shutdown (transmitter); 16 security codes; Battery receiver; and 6 hour optional safety shutdown. Radio frequency allows for multiple security codes----which virtually eliminates interference from other home appliances such as televisions, DVDs and stereos----and each remote will operate at a maximum distance of 30 feet with no interference from objects between the user and the receiver.

Hi/Lo Variable Flame Remote Ready (no remote included)

Monessen offers a variety of control devices to be added on to any of the remote ready pilot kits. You can match up any control that says Millivolt On/Off in the item name with any pilot kit or log set that says Millivolt On/Off in its item name. The same is true for Hi/Lo Variable Flame. You can not however mix them up. For example, you can not add a Millivolt On/Off remote control to a Hi/Lo Variable Flame remote ready pilot kit or log set or vice versa.
