Gas fireplace logs are convenient and easy to use for most gas fireplaces.

G8 Burner:
This gas log set comes with a G8 vent free burner. The G8 burner is the most basic Peterson vent free burner. It features one flame in the center of your log set and no glowing ember bed. The Peterson decorative kit is available to add to the attractiveness of this burner. Control options include manual safety pilot and basic on/off remote (-12 series). Peterson G8 burners are ANSI certified and produce 20,000 BTUs.

Manual Safety Pilot:
The Manual Safety Pilot lighting method features a pilot valve assembly pre-installed on your burner. You then have a pilot light that you can keep lit giving you the ability to turn the log set on and off as many times as you want without ever holding a match to the burner. The safety pilot kit has a safety mechanism built in which senses if the pilot light ever goes out and shuts off the gas supply. It also will shot off the gas supply if it senses a lack of oxygen as well.

All Peterson Vent-Free Ceramic Refractory Gas Logs are WARRANTED for as long as you own them (lifetime).
All Peterson Vent-Free Fiber Ceramic Gas Logs are WARRANTED for SEVEN (7) YEARS.
All Peterson Vent-Free Burner component parts except valves, pilots and controls are WARRANTED for TEN (10) YEARS.
All Peterson Valves, Pilots and Controls are covered by a ONE (1) YEAR Limited Warranty (excluding batteries).
